What is the right CMS to use?

When I am choosing the right content management system for my clients, I generally go by the savy-ness of the administrator/s. Once we establish what the Structure and the Content of the website is, then we can reassess our decision. The Content may call for a specific CMS. MY choice would be made after this information becomes available.

Which CMS is the best?

It really is a personal choice, some say Drupal others say Joomla, i dont want to start anything so I will say they both are very cool, and leave it there. This site’s is build using a simple CMS so simply that infact people call it a BLOG tool. I think that it is only a blog if you blog. Simply put WORDPRESS still rocks the house.
